Before you submit your entry, please bear in mind these guidance notes from a member of our judging panel.

TechUK’s Top Ten Tips:

  1. Vision: remember to demonstrate a well communicated strategy aimed to internal and external stakeholders
  2. Ambition: not necessarily reinventing the wheel, but making sure you illustrate the art of the possible
  3. Collaborate: bringing teams and stakeholders on the digital journey
  4. Evidence: data points to help bring the innovation to life
  5. Outcome: how has it improved the lives of the user
  6. Be concise: Keep succinct
  7. Be Open: what were the obstacles and challenges you’ve overcome
  8. Focus on the user: Always have the user in mind and the difference your project is and will make to them
  9. Back up: Include any relevant supporting evidence
  10. Dot the Is and Cross Ts: remember to proof read your entry!

In addition to these, the judges will be looking for evidence of meeting the general and category-specific criteria as stated on the categories page.
